Dedication.

This is a challenge. Getting this blog started is something else. Having to post on other platforms just to get my website name out. I haven't been posting on social platforms for a few years. So getting back into the flow of posting regularly, I'll have to force the change. Which really I don't mind. Only if everywhere I try to post would stop telling me that I'm spamming and breaking community guidelines. Probably the most annoying issue I've ran into so far. I've learned that when something is difficult to get started, it always ends up being the best thing to get going. Nothing great comes easy.

I'm not the only one that's got dedication going right now. My husband, Eugene, he got a promotion at work. His manager is leaving for another job in a week. Eugene was so confident in getting the management position because he had already been doing almost all of the management work already. Once the person doing his interview seen that, it was no challenge for him. Eugene is a hard worker. He puts in all or nothing, learns quick, and gets things done well with time to spare. He deserves a much higher paying job than what he has now, but he just left his starting point. To build a career, it takes time to move up. I'm just glad I have a man that doesn't settle.

Me and Eugene have some plans panned out. One of those things is to play monopoly in real life. You have to have a decent credit score to do so. After accomplishing that. It's off to getting a business lone. Big name businesses typically cost under one hundred thousand dollars. Food businesses for that matter. You buy the company name to put on one building. Then the company automatically starts shipping in their apparel and supplies. Then you have to be the one to get the food trucks to send in the necessities. You hire the workers, sign their paychecks, and manage labor the best you can. You get that done and the business will pay off the business loan for you.

Something else I'd like to do is eventually start buying homes and rent them out to people for much cheaper than the current economy is providing. It's disgusting how expensive living costs have become. Kind of the same approach as the food business. Except we would need to stay at the first home until we get that loan paid off. The trick is to make extra payments to pay off the loan quicker. Move to the next home, find a renter, then all that's left is for the people pay you rent and use that money on the next home.

I come from poverty. Our families were born into it and didn't do anything to get out of it. Only did what they could to survive it, but we are fighting our way out. It's difficult yes, but our family, me and Eugene made, isn't allowed to quit. And we give life our best. We owe it to our future generations.
